Questionário de apoio familiar para a atividade física em adolescentes (QFSPAA): Validade e fiabilidade de uma nova proposta

Resumo

Introdução: A família é o ambiente mais importante para moldar os hábitos da atividade física (AF) em crianças e adolescentes.

Objectivo: O objectivo do estudo foi conceber e confirmar a validade e fiabilidade do questionário sobre o apoio familiar na actividade física para adolescentes (CAFAFA) no contexto peruano.

Metodologia: O estúdio foi desenvolvido em 1.202 adolescentes escolares (626 homens e 576 mulheres) entre os 12 e os 19 anos (M=14,41, DE=1,565) provenientes de vários departamentos do Peru.

Resultados: A validade do conteúdo do relatório foi valores ótimos de concordância e acuerdo entre especialistas (≥0,92). A análise fatorial confirmatória confirmou a validade do modelo bifatorial aprovado pelos especialistas, com qual foi demonstrada uma validade de construção ótima (c2/gl =4,998, SRMR=0,035, RMSEA=0,067, CFI=0,998, TLI=0,997). A validade simultânea confirmou que o CAFAFA e o critério externo médio de forma semejante (0,80). A invariância demonstrou que se podem comparar os resultados entre adolescentes escolares das regiões costa, serra e selva. Por fim, a fiabilidade de consistência interna (≥0,945) e teste-reteste (≥0,812) reportam valores adequados.

Discussão: O CAFAFA é o primeiro questionário que oferece o apoio familiar na AF para adolescentes de acordo com a tendência atual, de forma integral e com a participação de toda a família (padres, irmãos, avós, entre outros membros).

Conclusões: Os resultados confirmaram que o CAFAFA é um instrumento válido e fiável que mide de maneira objetiva e invariante as condutas motivadoras e de assistência à família na AF dos adolescentes do contexto peruano.
