Percussão corporal e bem-estar psicológico em mulheres peruanas vítimas de violência

Resumo

Introdução: A percussão corporal surge como uma ferramenta inovadora e acessível para a promoção do bem-estar psicológico, enfatizando a sua ligação com dimensões chave como o autoconceito, as relações interpessoais positivas e o desenvolvimento pessoal holístico.
Objectivo: Determinar a relação entre a percussão corporal e o bem-estar psicológico em mulheres peruanas vítimas de violência, considerando dimensões específicas como o autoconceito, as relações positivas, a autonomia, o domínio ambiental e o crescimento pessoal.
Metodologia: Foi empregue um desenho não experimental, correlacional e quantitativo. O estudo envolveu 58 mulheres de uma província do norte do Peru, selecionadas através de uma amostragem não probabilística. A percussão corporal foi avaliada através de um questionário de 12 itens, enquanto o bem-estar psicológico foi medido através do questionário de Ryff, ambos previamente validados. Os dados foram analisados ​​por correlação de Pear-son e regressão linear com o software SPSS.
Resultados: Foi encontrada uma relação direta e significativa entre a percussão corporal e o bem-estar psicológico (r = 0,648, p < 0,000), com uma influência de 32% (R² = 0,32). Além disso, a percussão corporal apresentou correlações moderadas com as dimensões autoconceito (r = 0,690, R² = 0,39), relações positivas (r = 0,611, R² = 0,35), autonomia (r = 0,587, R² = 0,35 ). 30), o domínio ambiental (r = 0,547, R² = 0,21) e o crescimento pessoal (r = 0,695, R² = . 36).
Conclusões: A percussão corporal influencia significativamente o bem-estar psicológico das mulheres estudadas, destacando-se como uma ferramenta acessível e eficaz para promover a resiliência e o crescimento pessoal em contextos adversos.
