Resumo

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a revisão jurídica dos casos de assédio contra alunos com deficiência no aprendizado de educação física na escola. A pesquisa foi realizada utilizando o método de revisão sistemática da literatura. Para atingir os objetivos, os dados foram obtidos por meio do software Scispace de bases de dados acadêmicos on-line, como Scopus e DOAJ. O foco foram artigos publicados entre 2019 e 2024. Os artigos foram selecionados com base nos critérios de inclusão: artigos publicados em periódicos internacionais indexados nas bases de dados Scopus e DOAJ. A pesquisa utilizou algumas palavras-chave: “Casos de bullying”, “Alunos com deficiência” e “Atividades de aprendizagem de educação física”. A partir dos resultados da busca, foram encontrados inicialmente 90 artigos em periódicos indexados no Scopus e DOAJ. Esses artigos foram então examinados novamente para finalmente gerar 10 artigos. Foram selecionados aqueles que se enquadravam na temática e atendiam aos requisitos de inclusão. Uma operacionalização padrão chamada método PRISMA foi utilizada para analisar os dados. Os resultados desta revisão da literatura encontraram várias conclusões, incluindo (1) Uma abordagem colaborativa de longo prazo é mais eficaz na redução do bullying entre alunos com deficiência, enfatizando a importância da colaboração entre alunos, professores e pais, (2) O desenvolvimento de programas esportivos especiais podem capacitar esses alunos e identificar barreiras à participação, (3) É necessária uma estrutura estratégica, incluindo identificação de problemas, planejamento, implementação e avaliação, para criar um ambiente de aprendizagem seguro e inclusivo, juntamente com uma abordagem de estudos culturais para compreender o interação entre cultura, lei e direitos das pessoas com deficiência, (4) A formação intensiva de professores é crucial para satisfazer as necessidades individuais dos alunos e adaptar estratégias de aprendizagem. Finalmente,(5) existe uma lacuna significativa no acesso à educação online inclusiva para estudantes com deficiência, exigindo políticas que garantam oportunidades iguais de aprendizagem através da tecnologia.
