Introduction: Loss of strength and mobility in older adults is related to an increased likelihood of being at risk of falls, with a possible increase in morbidity and mortality. The research aimed to use a rehabilitation tool designed for older adults that provides a protocol of flexibility, muscle strengthening, and balance exercises. Methods: A case study was conducted on ten older adults with a personalized physical exercise protocol coordinated in two 30-minute sessions per week for seven weeks. Balance was assessed using the Tinetti scale and mobility using the “Timed Up and Go” test before and after the intervention. Results: 60% of participants reported improved balance and mobility at the second clinical assessment. Conclusion: March TV proved to be a useful tool to increase physical mobility and may prevent the risk of falls.
