Preditores funcionais e biomecânicos da dor e da amplitude de crescimento em atletas de vários tipos de CrossFit

Resumo

Introdução: Em vários atletas de CrossFit, a dor do homem era reportada com elevada frequência e afetava o desempenho; foi examinada a sua relação com a funcionalidade, a amplitude de aderência e os marcadores clínico-biomecânicos.

Objectivo: identificar preditores funcionais e biomecânicos da dor do homem e da amplitude de agarre através da regressão múltipla.

Metodologia: Estudo cuantitativo, transversal e correlacional com 35 atletas varões de CrossFit. Se mede a amplitude de agarre, a dor, a função do ombro (escala dos American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons) e o espaço subacromial para ecografia; a análise incluiu Spearman, chi-cuadrado o Fisher, t de Student o Mann-Whitney e regressão linear múltipla (α=0,05).

Resultados: Observou-se uma importante correlação ASES–door (ρ = −0,90; p < 0,001). O modelo explicou 91,7% da dor (R² = 0,917): maior função (β = −0,95; p < 0,001) e maior espaço em repouso (p < 0,05) associaram-se a menos dor; inestabilidade e espaço na abdução do aumento (p < 0,05); para a amplitude, Velocidade positiva +5,5 cm (p < 0,05) e mais anos de prática apresenta um efeito menor (p < 0,05).

Discussão: Os resultados confirmam a relação função inversa-door e realçam a importância do comportamento dinâmico do espaço subacromial; a amplitude de agarre esteve associada principalmente aos sinais do complexo bíceps-labrum e à experiência.

Conclusões: Recomenda-se a dosificação da âncora de garre com base na avaliação funcional e na ecografia dinâmica, dando prioridade às decisões clínicas orientadas para a função e estabilidade.
