Explorando a relação entre o ciberacoso e o autoconceito em crianças escolares durante as aulas de Educação Física

Introdução: o ciberacoso entre crianças e adolescentes escolares transformou-se num fenómeno crescente que afeta as qualidades do desenvolvimento psicossocial, sobretudo em contextos educativos como as aulas de educação física, onde se refuerzan a comparação social e a perceção corporal.
Objectivo: o objectivo deste estudo foi analisar a relação entre a vitimização por ciberacoso e o autoconceito multidimensional em educação física, bem como determinar se o apoio permitido ao professor e a ligação entre pares moderados da sua relação.
Metodologia: foi realizado um estudo quantitativo de corte transversal com a participação de 80 alunos do nível secundário, equitativamente divididos por género. os participantes preencheram um questionário estruturado que avaliou as experiências de ciberacoso, o autoconceito em educação física, o apoio ao professorado e a ligação entre pares. os dados foram analisados através de regressão múltipla e regressão jerárquica para identificar efeitos moderadores.
Resultados: os resultados mostram uma relação negativa significativa entre a vitimização por ciberacoso e o autoconceito em educação física. embora o apoio do professor não tenha qualquer efeito moderador, a ligação entre pares e atenuou significativamente os efeitos negativos do ciberacoso no autoconceito.
Discussão: os hallazgos coincidiram com investigações anteriores que sinalizaram o impacto perjudicial do ciberacoso no bem-estar psicológico do antigo aluno, e destacaram o papel protetor das relações entre iguais. no entanto, a falta de moderação do apoio docente difirió de outros estúdios, o que sugeria a necessidade de estratégias escolares mais integrais.
Conclusões: conclui-se que o fortalecimento dos laços entre pares e a promoção de um ambiente inclusivo nas aulas de educação física resulta essencial para mitigar os efeitos negativos do ciberacoso no autoconceito do aluno.
