Melhorar a educação física através da tecnologia e da luta livre: impacto na atividade, no envolvimento e na motivação dos alunos do ensino básico

Resumo

Introdução: Tanto a sociedade como a comunidade educativa têm demonstrado um aumento notável do interesse pelas tecnologias educativas nos últimos anos. A tecnologia tem uma grande influência na educação em geral, mas existem muitas questões e preocupações sobre a sua utilização na educação física.
Objectivo: O estudo visa avaliar um programa de educação física com tecnologia que incorpora técnicas de luta livre para melhorar a atividade física, o envolvimento e a motivação entre os alunos do ensino básico.
Metodologia: Este estudo foi conduzido através de um método quantitativo, utilizando um questionário desenvolvido pelo autor. Participaram no estudo 108 participantes do ensino básico.
Resultados: Os resultados do estudo de diagnóstico concluem que o interesse dos alunos pelo ensino da luta livre foi bastante elevado. Outra base para o desenvolvimento da metodologia foram os resultados da experiência de diagnóstico realizada sobre o nível de aptidão física dos escolares entre os 9 e os 10 anos de idade.
Discussão: Foi revelado que as atitudes dos alunos em relação às aulas regulares de educação física no ensino primário são, na sua maioria, negativas.
Conclusões: Estas descobertas sugerem que, em comparação com a educação física tradicional, o programa melhorado pela tecnologia que incorporava técnicas de luta livre melhorou significativamente a atividade física, o envolvimento e a motivação dos alunos do ensino primário.
