Impacto da qualidade do serviço, comunicação e financiamento no desempenho dos atletas de Kurash através da motivação

Introdução: Este estudo complementa a nossa investigação anterior sobre o efeito da qualidade do serviço na motivação para a realização no desporto kurash na Indonésia, publicada na Challenges.
Objectivo: Este estudo visa analisar o efeito da qualidade do serviço, da comunicação e dos aspectos financeiros no desempenho dos atletas através da motivação no exercício kurash na Indonésia.
Metodologia: Esta investigação emprega uma abordagem quantitativa correlacional, utilizando a modelação de equações estruturais (MEE) com o SmartPLS 4 for Student, complementada por análise de regressão com o SPSS. A amostra foi constituída por 100 atletas de kurash (61 homens e 39 mulheres). A categoria masculina foi constituída por 61 atletas com uma média de idades de 16,2 ± 1,8 anos, uma experiência média de treino de 2,8 ± 5,3 anos e uma duração média de treino semanal de 4,5 ± 2,1 horas. A categoria feminina foi constituída por 39 atletas com uma média de idades de 22,8 ± 8,8 anos, uma média de experiência de treino de 5,7 ± 8,8 anos e uma duração média semanal de treino de 8,2 ± 3,1 horas. A recolha de dados consistiu na aplicação de questionários validados, complementados por entrevistas a atletas selecionadas aleatoriamente.
Resultados: A análise de correlação revelou relações significativas entre as variáveis preditoras (qualidade do serviço, comunicação e aspetos financeiros) e a variável mediadora (motivação do atleta). A análise de regressão linear indicou relações significativas com valores de p inferiores a 0,05 em diversos aspetos.
