Análise da carga externa de uma equipa profissional de futebol chilena considerando a posição de jogo, a qualidade da equipa adversária e o local de jogo

Resumo

Objectivo: Analisar as cargas externas de uma equipa de futebol da Primeira Divisão B do Chile, considerando a posição de jogo, a vantagem de jogar em casa e a qualidade do adversário.
Metodologia: Foram analisadas nove métricas de carga externa através de dispositivos GPS: distância total (DT), distância total por minuto (DT/min), distância do sprint (DS), número de sprints (SPR), velocidade máxima (MS), acelerações (ACC), desacelerações (DEC), carga do jogador (PL) e potência de saída (PO). A amostra incluiu 11 jogadores e 14 jogos da época 2019-2020.
Resultados: A equipa apresentou uma forte correlação em seis métricas quando jogava em casa e fora: DT, DT, MS, ACC, DEC e PO. Os médios (MF) apresentaram diferenças significativas no DT/min quando jogaram fora em comparação com os defesas (CD), sendo que esta posição também apresentou diferenças no DP quando comparados os jogos em casa e fora. Qualidade do Adversário: Contra equipas de maior qualidade, jogar em casa evidenciou diferenças no SD, TD/min e DEC; enquanto que jogar fora mostrou diferenças no SPR.
Conclusões: A vantagem em casa afeta principalmente as métricas de alta intensidade, com os médios a registarem maior intensidade durante os jogos fora, enquanto os defesas centrais apresentam valores de SD mais baixos. A qualidade do adversário também influencia as métricas relacionadas com ações de alta velocidade, tanto em casa como fora. Claro, aqui estão as traduções para o dado.
