Treino em circuito para otimizar o desempenho dos lutadores: um programa abrangente de força, velocidade e resistência

Resumo

Contexto: O treino em circuito é um método benéfico para os atletas de luta livre, pois é capaz de desenvolver diferentes aspetos físicos necessários. O objetivo deste estudo foi testar a eficácia de programas de treino em circuito isocinético e isométrico especificamente elaborados para atletas de luta livre, visando o reforço da força, velocidade e resistência.

Métodos: O estudo utilizou uma abordagem quase-experimental para testar a eficácia de dois tipos de treino: isocinético e isométrico. A amostra foi constituída por 20 lutadores, divididos em grupos de treino em circuitos isocinéticos e isométricos. O tratamento foi realizado durante 8 semanas, com 3 sessões semanais, e o desenvolvimento dos atletas foi acompanhado de duas em duas semanas. Os instrumentos de investigação incluíram o teste de uma repetição máxima (1RM) para a força, corrida de 30 metros para a velocidade e teste de VO2 máximo pelo método de Bruce para a resistência. A análise dos dados foi realizada com o programa SPSS versão 25.0, utilizando o teste t e a análise de variância (ANOVA).

Resultados: O grupo isocinético apresentou um aumento de 20% na força, 8,9% na velocidade e 12% na resistência. O grupo isométrico apresentou um aumento de 15% na força, 5,3% na velocidade e 9% na resistência. A análise estatística demonstrou uma melhoria significativa em todas as variáveis ​​em ambos os grupos (p < 0,05).

Conclusões: O treino em circuito isocinético e isométrico é eficaz para melhorar a performance do atleta, sendo o treino isocinético superior na obtenção de resultados. Pesquisas futuras poderão desenvolver programas de treino mais específicos e eficazes para otimizar a força, velocidade e resistência em atletas de luta livre.
