A eficácia dos exercícios “Boteli” e Fed para melhorar as habilidades de backhand no ténis de mesa

Resumo

Introdução e objetivo. O estudo tem como objetivo determinar a eficácia dos exercícios de Boteli e estimular as habilidades de backhand no rali de ténis em estudantes de desporto.
Metodologia. 110 estudantes de desporto participaram num estudo pseudo-experimental com um projeto de pré-teste e pós-teste de dois grupos ao longo de 12 encontros. Teste o instrumento utilizando o Tennis Achievement da Hewwit. O teste t pareado e o teste t independente com significância α = 0,05 foram utilizados para a análise dos dados com o auxílio do software SPSS 25.
Resultados. A análise dos resultados do teste t emparelhado mostrou que os exercícios Boteli e Aprovado obtiveram valores de Sig (bicaudal) de 0,000 e 0,024. De acordo com os resultados da análise do teste t independente, sabe-se que o valor Sig (bicaudal) dos dados do pós-teste do segundo exercício é de 0,001. Isto significa que existe uma diferença entre a pontuação média de Boteli e a do pós-teste de exercício alimentado. A pontuação média pós-teste para o exercício Boteli foi de 11,209 e para o exercício Feeder foi de 9,091. Conclusões. Com base nos resultados da análise dos dados, os dois exercícios influenciam a melhoria das capacidades de rali de backhand dos estudantes de desporto. A partir dos resultados da análise do teste t independente, sabe-se que a pontuação média pós-teste do exercício de Boteli é superior à do exercício alimentado. Isto significa que os exercícios do Boteli são melhores do que os do Fed para melhorar as capacidades de backhand dos estudantes de desporto. Este estudo concluiu que as habilidades de backhand no ténis de court podem ser melhoradas com práticas variadas.
