O treinamento agudo de swing e mobilização pode beneficiar o senso de posição articular e a força muscular do manguito rotador em jovens tenistas?

O manguito rotador é um grupo de músculos e tendões que atuam para estabilizar o ombro humano e permitir uma ampla gama de movimentos. Este estudo teve como objetivo comparar o efeito imediato e a durabilidade do treinamento de mobilização e balanço (OD) com halteres no senso de posição articular (JPS) e na força muscular do manguito rotador em jovens tenistas. Vinte e seis tenistas foram divididos em dois grupos experimentais. O G1 realizou apenas treino de mobilização enquanto o G2 realizou apenas treino de OD, antes, depois e após uma semana dos protocolos, a força e JPS da articulação do ombro foram mensurados com dinamômetro isocinético. Análises repetidas de variância (RMANOVA) e teste post hoc de Bonferroni foram utilizados para examinar as diferenças entre os grupos. A análise de covariância foi utilizada para examinar as diferenças entre os grupos. No geral, os resultados mostraram um efeito significativo dos programas de treinamento de mobilização e OD no JPS e na força de rotação interna e externa de jovens tenistas, mas uma diferença entre os dois só foi observada na rotação externa para a ação excêntrica/concêntrica a 120°/ seg (p=0009; ƞ2p= 0,32). Além disso, os principais achados mostraram que a mobilização e o treinamento OD melhoraram as rotações internas e externas após o protocolo e após uma semana em comparação com a linha de base para rotações concêntricas/concêntricas e excêntricas/concêntricas a 60°/seg e 120°/seg (p < 0,05. ). Com uma única exceção para rotação interna concêntrica/concêntrica a 120°/seg para ambos os grupos (p > 0,05). Com base nisso, parece que em tenistas saudáveis, tanto as técnicas de mobilização de sessão única quanto o treinamento OD podem ser usados para melhorar o JPS e a força.
