Resumo

Uma lesão ou ferida é um dano à estrutura ou função do corpo devido à força ou pressão física. Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o risco de lesão em jovens jogadores de futebol com base no Functional Movement Screen (FMS) baseado em escores de equilíbrio estático. Este estudo utilizou um método de pesquisa observacional descritivo. Os sujeitos foram 31 jovens jogadores de futebol (idade 13,6±0,5 anos, IMC 19,5±2,2 kg/m², DP 15,5±10 meses). O instrumento de coleta de dados foi a FMS e o Stand Stork Test (SST). Os dados foram então analisados ​​por meio de estatística descritiva. Este estudo constatou que a pontuação da FMS com categoria de alto risco de lesão foi de 6,45% na categoria de SST ruim. Enquanto isso, as pontuações da FMS na categoria de risco de lesão moderado foram de 19,35% na categoria de SST moderado, 32,25% na categoria de SST ruim e 3,25% na categoria de SST muito ruim. As pontuações da FMS na categoria de baixo risco de lesão foram de 6,45% na categoria de TSM moderada e de 32,25% na categoria de TSM ruim. A conclusão é que os alunos da academia de futebol SPSS apresentam risco potencial de lesões na categoria moderada e nível de equilíbrio estático na categoria menor. Além disso, após análise dos resultados das pontuações da FMS com base nas pontuações do SST, pode-se concluir que as pontuações da FMS na categoria moderada são encontradas em amostras com categoria ruim de SST, que é de 32,25%. Este estudo sugere melhorar o equilíbrio estático para prevenir o risco de lesões desportivas em jovens jogadores de futebol. Pesquisas semelhantes também são recomendadas no futuro, especialmente aquelas que utilizam outras variáveis ​​do componente físico e características diferentes da amostra da pesquisa.
