Melhorar o bem-estar e a integração social dos jovens: o papel do lazer nos espaços públicos organizados no Cazaquistão

Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo é investigar o impacto da participação juvenil em espaços públicos organizados no bem-estar e na integração social dos jovens no Cazaquistão, com foco nas atividades de lazer. Através de investigação e análise empírica, a investigação pretende elucidar como a participação ativa nestes espaços influencia o bem-estar físico, emocional e psicológico dos jovens. 420 estudantes de uma das universidades do Cazaquistão participaram do estudo e os dividiram em grupos de influência e controle. As ferramentas de pesquisa foram a Escala de Bem-Estar Juvenil (YWBS) e a Escala de Integração Social Juvenil (YSIS). O grupo de influência demonstrou um aumento significativo no bem-estar e na integração social. Este resultado confirma o importante efeito positivo das intervenções baseadas em atividades de lazer em espaços públicos. O estudo oferece recomendações práticas para melhorar o bem-estar e a integração social dos jovens. Estas descobertas também contribuem para a compreensão científica das particularidades de género neste contexto. O artigo enfatiza a importância da organização do espaço público para o desenvolvimento positivo dos jovens através do lazer devido aos efeitos positivos identificados.
