Resumo

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo fornecer informações aprofundadas sobre o papel dos supervisores escolares a partir de uma perspectiva de garantia da qualidade da aprendizagem em Educação Física (EF) por meio de uma revisão sistemática. Este tipo de pesquisa envolve métodos de revisão sistemática. Esta pesquisa foi realizada utilizando uma estratégia abrangente, pesquisando artigos em bases de dados de periódicos de pesquisa. Os bancos de dados utilizados incluem Scopus e Google Scholar. Os periódicos foram selecionados com base em critérios de inclusão, nomeadamente periódicos internacionais indexados pelo Scopus, periódicos internacionais e periódicos indexados pelo Sinta (indexador nacional de periódicos da Indonésia) publicados nos últimos cinco anos até 2024. Além disso, os critérios de exclusão nesta pesquisa foram os Periódicos nacionais indonésios que não foram indexados pelo Sinta. As palavras-chave utilizadas na busca foram física AND educação AND aprendizagem AND supervisão. Foram identificados 1.109 artigos nas bases de dados Scopus e Google Scholar. Além disso, foram obtidos 8 artigos cadastrados conforme os critérios de inclusão em diversas fontes. Além disso, em diversas etapas do processo de seleção, foram selecionados 15 artigos que correspondiam ao tema e atendiam aos requisitos de inclusão, ou pelo menos alguns deles foram selecionados para reforçar o tema de discussão. Para operacionalização padrão, esta pesquisa segue o método PRISMA. Os resultados da pesquisa mostram a importância do papel dos supervisores escolares na garantia da qualidade da educação física. Isto acontece porque a supervisão académica melhora os resultados de aprendizagem dos alunos e o desempenho dos professores, e desenvolve abordagens criativas para modelos de supervisão eficazes. Além disso, a comunicação eficaz entre supervisores e professores é importante, porque influencia o sucesso do processo de supervisão e avaliação. Além disso, a colaboração com as partes interessadas poderá enriquecer o currículo de educação física, apoiando uma abordagem holística benéfica para a saúde física, mental e social dos alunos.
