A preparação espiritual como mediadora na relação entre a atividade cotidiana e o conhecimento do futebol entre estudantes indonésios

Um estilo de vida caracterizado por um desequilíbrio nas atividades diárias pode afetar significativa e negativamente a saúde física e o desempenho cognitivo. Apesar disso, muitas vezes os estudantes ignoram a importância de manter o equilíbrio, negligenciando aspectos como qualidade do sono, nutrição e atividade física. No entanto, as atividades diárias dos indivíduos podem impactar tanto a sua preparação espiritual como o seu conhecimento. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar a influência da atividade diária na preparação espiritual e no conhecimento sobre futebol de estudantes esportivos indonésios. O teste de hipóteses foi realizado por meio de análise de caminhos, envolvendo 204 respondentes. Técnicas de reamostragem foram aplicadas para analisar 500 pontos de dados. Os resultados indicam que o estilo de vida diário, medido pela atividade diária, influencia significativamente a preparação espiritual e o conhecimento dos estudantes desportivos. Notadamente, a preparação espiritual surge como mediadora na relação entre a atividade cotidiana e o conhecimento, destacando o seu papel crucial. O estudo destaca a importância de promover hábitos de vida saudáveis, incluindo dimensões espirituais, entre estudantes de esportes. As recomendações enfatizam a necessidade de intervenções que visem aumentar a consciência da interligação entre as atividades diárias, a preparação espiritual e o conhecimento, contribuindo assim positivamente para o bem-estar dos estudantes do desporto no ambiente universitário.
