Resumo

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo examinar as diferenças nas pontuações de habilidades de tiro com arco de alunos do ensino médio profissionalizante (SMK) entre iniciantes com base nos fatores de distância do alvo de tiro de 5 metros, 10 metros e distâncias cumulativas de 5 metros e 10 metros. A amostra desta pesquisa foi de 16 estudantes do sexo masculino e feminino dos cursos XA, XB e XIA, selecionados pelo método de amostragem aleatória por conglomerados. A análise dos dados utilizou estatística descritiva e Anova fatorial inferencial unidirecional. Resultados do teste Anova unilateral Sig. 0,030 <0,05 significa que há uma diferença significativa nos resultados médios da pontuação de habilidade de tiro com arco dos três alunos a uma distância de 5 m, uma distância de 10 m e uma distância cumulativa de 5 e 10 metros. . Primeiro teste de acompanhamento Post Hoc Sig Valor 0,088 > 0,05, o que significa que não há diferença significativa entre os resultados das habilidades de tiro com arco dos alunos a uma distância de tiro de 5 m e a uma distância de tiro de 10 m. Teste de acompanhamento post hoc para ambos os valores de Sig 0,917 > 0,05, o que significa que não há diferença significativa nos resultados das habilidades de tiro com arco dos alunos na distância de tiro de 5 m com distâncias de tiro acumuladas de 5 e 10 m. . Teste de acompanhamento post hoc para os três valores Sig. Portanto, pode-se concluir que há uma diferença significativa nos resultados médios da pontuação da habilidade de tiro com arco dos três alunos nas distâncias de 5 m, distância de 10 m e distância acumulada de 5 e 10 m. Os resultados deste estudo sugerem a concepção de um programa de treinamento de tiro com arco para iniciantes, incluindo a consideração de começar com uma distância mais curta e aumentar gradualmente a distância de tiro, bem como realizar várias técnicas de treinamento com uma combinação de exercícios em várias distâncias apropriadas e priorizando o coerência dos movimentos técnicos e postura corporal. enquanto tiro com arco.
