Análise das autopercepções comportamentais de liderança e mudanças de cargo em treinadores de basquete da Liga (ACB)

O objetivo desta investigação foi analisar, numa das melhores ligas europeias de basquetebol (Liga Espanhola, ACB), as possíveis alterações na autoperceção do comportamento do treinador ao longo do período competitivo em função das variáveis expectativas de classificação por parte do treinador. . Eu uso o questionário Leadership Scale for Sport (LSS3). A amostra foi de nove treinadores. Conclui-se que os treinadores que atendem às suas expectativas apresentam uma diferença significativa na autopercepção do comportamento de feedback positivo (3,7 ± 0,5 / 4,1 ± 0,4). Nos restantes comportamentos não se observam diferenças significativas, como acontece quando os comportamentos são analisados sem ter em conta a variável expectativas. Ao mesmo tempo, existe uma grande instabilidade na posição de treinador e ao mesmo tempo nota-se que a mudança de treinador não garante uma melhoria nos resultados.
