Resumo

Atrasos nos movimentos básicos durante a primeira infância representam um desafio que deve ser enfrentado pelos profissionais do esporte. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo descrever como a brincadeira e a motivação se relacionam com os movimentos básicos das crianças, implementando uma abordagem de modelo experimental. Os participantes da amostra foram crianças que ainda cursavam o ensino fundamental, com idade média de 11,09±0,73 anos. Os dados foram coletados por meio de um questionário de motivação de treinamento e do teste de habilidade motora de Scott, que consistiu em lançamento de basquete, corrida de 4 segundos, passe na parede e salto em distância. Os dados foram analisados ​​utilizando um teste ANOVA fatorial de dois fatores. Os resultados da pesquisa mostram que o modelo de treino com bola kasiti é mais eficaz do que o treino de fortificação. Além disso, há uma interação entre a forma de treinamento e a motivação: os movimentos básicos realizados no treinamento com bola kasiti são superiores aos de fortalecimento para crianças com alta motivação de treinamento, enquanto o treinamento de beisebol é melhor que o de força para aquelas com baixa motivação. Esta descoberta é importante porque informa as habilidades motoras básicas das crianças através de exercícios específicos.
