Resumo

O objetivo desta pesquisa é determinar diferenças nos níveis de condicionamento físico com base na raça e no gênero na Indonésia. Este método de investigação utiliza uma abordagem quantitativa comparativa cujo objectivo é determinar a extensão das diferenças nos resultados dos níveis de aptidão física dos alunos do ensino primário com base no género (masculino e feminino) e na raça em três províncias (Sumsel, DIY e NTT). Alunos do ensino primário de três províncias (Sumsel, DIY e NTT) participaram nesta investigação. As amostras foram coletadas por meio de amostragem aleatória por conglomerados para estudantes do sexo masculino e feminino, com um total de 254 pessoas, mas depois as amostras foram agrupadas em números iguais com base no gênero e na raça regional (Sumatra do Sul, DIY e NTT), de modo que os 132 restantes pessoas foram levadas. A técnica de coleta de dados de aptidão física utiliza o instrumento Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI). A técnica de análise de dados utiliza estatística paramétrica Two-Way Anova. Com base nos resultados do teste Anova bidirecional dos dados de pontuação do teste TKJI de 132 alunos, mostra que a variável do fator Raça tem um valor de Sig 0,00 <0,05 significa que há uma diferença significativa nos resultados do teste TKJI com base na raça no. três províncias de Sumatra do Sul, DIY e NTT. Na variável fator gênero, o valor Sig 0,001 < 0,05 significa que há diferença significativa nos resultados do teste TKJI dependendo do sexo masculino e feminino. Além disso, nas variáveis ​​dos factores Raça e Género, o valor Sig 0,485 > 0,05 significa que não há influência ou interacção entre os factores Raça nas três províncias e Género na determinação dos resultados das pontuações dos alunos no TKJI. O resultado final é que as diferenças no condicionamento físico com base na raça podem ser devidas a diferenças na atividade física, diferentes status socioeconômicos e fatores sociais, como discriminação racial e discriminação racial interpessoal, que podem se manifestar como estresse emocional devido ao aumento do estresse psicológico e ao aumento do risco. de comportamentos prejudiciais à saúde, incluindo atividades. físico. Além disso, a diferença no condicionamento físico em termos de gênero é que os homens apresentam um nível de condicionamento físico melhor do que as mulheres. Isto se deve ao aumento da massa gorda associado ao crescimento e à puberdade nas meninas, e porque os meninos tendem a ser mais ativos que as meninas.
