O impacto das técnicas de inteligência artificial no desenvolvimento das competências básicas e motoras dos alunos através das aulas de Educação Física.

Resumo

Objectivo: Analisar o impacto das técnicas de inteligência artificial no desenvolvimento das competências básicas e motoras dos alunos em educação física, em termos de precisão da avaliação, treino personalizado e melhoria do desempenho, e identificar os desafios enfrentados pela aplicação destas técnicas na educação física, tais como o custo, a aceitação por parte dos professores e a privacidade.

Metodologia da Investigação: A comunidade de estudo foi constituída por professores de educação física das escolas primárias da Direção de Educação de Bassorá. A amostra foi constituída por 100 professores a trabalhar nestas escolas, selecionados após a confirmação da utilização do ensino híbrido com os seus alunos e da aplicação de técnicas de inteligência artificial para o desenvolvimento das competências básicas e motoras dos alunos. Os investigadores já tinham confirmado esta informação, uma vez que estes mesmos professores participaram num estudo experimental anterior sobre a utilização do ensino híbrido (instrução de competências práticas no pátio da escola seguida de aulas virtuais via Telegram em smartphones) para atingir o objetivo desejado: utilizar a inteligência artificial através da tecnologia digital. Resultados: Os resultados mostraram que os professores percebem benefícios significativos na utilização das tecnologias de IA nas aulas de educação física, especialmente em relação à maior precisão e ao feedback imediato.

Conclusões: A importância da utilização de tecnologias de IA para melhorar diversos aspetos das aulas de educação física, incluindo a avaliação do desempenho, a interação melhorada, o feedback imediato e a elaboração de programas de treino personalizados, é evidente. Os alunos percebem claramente os benefícios associados à utilização da IA, o que sugere que a integração destas tecnologias pode ter um impacto positivo significativo nas suas experiências de aprendizagem e no desenvolvimento de competências.
