O efeito combinado do modelo de aprendizagem e do espectro de estilos de ensino na satisfação dos alunos na aprendizagem da Educação Física

Resumo

Introdução: A satisfação dos alunos em educação física é alcançada quando os professores aplicam abordagens de ensino adequadas que vão ao encontro das suas necessidades.

Objectivo: Este estudo explorou a satisfação dos alunos através de dois modelos inovadores: o ensino de jogos para a compreensão e a aprendizagem baseada em projectos, utilizando estilos de ensino produtivo e reprodutivo.

Metodologia: Foi utilizado um desenho quase experimental com cinco grupos, envolvendo 81 alunos do ensino básico, com idades compreendidas entre os 12 e os 13 anos, de quatro escolas de Salatiga. Os dados foram recolhidos através de um pré-teste e de um pós-teste utilizando um instrumento de satisfação desportiva e analisados ​​através de ANOVA.

Resultados: Os resultados mostraram que o ensino de jogos para a compreensão com um estilo reprodutivo (p = 0,006) e um estilo produtivo (p = 0,041) aumentou significativamente a satisfação dos alunos. Da mesma forma, a aprendizagem baseada em projetos com um estilo reprodutivo (p = 0,031) e um estilo produtivo (p = 0,002) também teve um efeito positivo, enquanto os métodos de aprendizagem convencionais não apresentaram um aumento significativo (p = 0,12). De entre as abordagens avaliadas, a aprendizagem baseada em projetos com estilo reprodutivo apresentou o maior impacto na satisfação dos alunos, seguida pelo ensino de jogos de compreensão com estilo produtivo.

Discussão: Estas descobertas indicam que a combinação de jogos de compreensão e aprendizagem baseada em projetos com diferentes estilos de ensino pode promover a autonomia, a criatividade e a interação social dos alunos. Estas abordagens aumentam a motivação intrínseca, a autoconfiança e o envolvimento na aprendizagem, oferecendo experiências mais significativas do que os métodos convencionais centrados no professor.

Conclusões: Os modelos pedagógicos centrados no aluno em educação física são mais eficazes na promoção da satisfação, e a aprendizagem baseada em projetos com estilo reprodutivo foi considerada a abordagem mais influente.
