Introduction: At present, learning in the contexts of recreation, physical education, and sport faces a complex scenario where cognitive, emotional, and social demands play a decisive role in the formative processes.
Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of psychological interventions in learning applied to recreation, physical education, and sport through a systematic review of the scientific literature published between 2015 and 2025.
Methodology: The research type was classified as quantitative, with an exploratory and descriptive-explanatory scope. The research design was based on a systematic review of the literature, following the recommendations of the PRISMA statement.
Results: The analysis shows that the most commonly used approaches are mindfulness and meditation (39.1%), followed by psychological skills training (30.4%) and interventions based on motivational theories (30.4%).
Discussion: It was confirmed that psychological interventions applied in the field of recreation, physical education, and sport have shown significant effectiveness in improving variables related to learning, motivation, emotional self-regulation, and performance.
Conclusions: This work contributed to consolidating an updated overview of the effectiveness of psychological interventions in learning within the contexts of recreation, physical education, and sport.
