Tecnologia para detectar o risco de lesão por distensão nos isquiotibiais

O próprio atleta corre o risco de mais lesões em comparação com as pessoas comuns. O músculo isquiotibial é uma parte importante do corpo usada para correr, pular e chutar. É necessária uma tecnologia que possa medir a força dos isquiotibiais e auxiliar no processo de reabilitação. Nordbord é uma das tecnologias disponíveis para medir a força máxima, média e assimetria dos isquiotibiais com precisão e objetividade. Objetivo de usar Nordbord como teste dos músculos isquiotibiais para medir, melhorar, treinar e prevenir lesões nos isquiotibiais com risco de potência. Estude este método de uso Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). Pesquise os recursos necessários usando um programa de pesquisa de sites eletrônicos como Spingerlink, Emerald, Google Scholar, PubMed e ScienceDirect com aumento de tempo com intervalo de 6 anos (2016 – 2022). Inclusão de critérios, estudo sobre triagem de LCAs e HIS de lesão com risco de potência com Nord-bord. e critérios de exclusão, apenas resumos, artigos que não publiquem em revista científica. O resultado deste estudo é que o teste de força muscular de Nordbord poderia ser utilizado para medir a potência dos isquiotibiais nórdicos (excêntricos) de forma máxima com a fórmula (N) = 4 x MC (kg) + 26,1 e isométrica, quanto mais assimetria resulta em um alto risco potencial de lesão.
