Resumo

Atualmente, o tiro com arco é um esporte que vem ganhando popularidade na sociedade. No entanto, a maioria das escolas primárias (ES) em Yogyakarta, na Indonésia, ainda não organizam atividades extracurriculares de tiro com arco. Isto se deve à falta de recursos humanos relacionados às habilidades esportivas do tiro com arco. Além disso, também se deve às instalações e infraestruturas limitadas. Esta pesquisa é quantitativa com um desenho pré-experimental pré-teste-pós-teste de grupo único. A pesquisa foi realizada na Escola Primária Muhammadiyah Jogokaryan com sujeitos de 10 a 12 anos que participaram do programa extracurricular pré-tiro com arco. A amostra foi realizada pelo método de amostragem aleatória simples nas séries IV a VI, totalizando 15 alunos. A técnica de coleta de dados sobre habilidades de tiro com arco foi realizada através da realização de testes de tiro com arco a uma distância de 5 metros em 12 sessões/voltas de tiro em 6 crianças. Os resultados do valor sig do teste t pareado. 0,001 < 0,05 significa que há diferença entre o pré-teste e o pós-teste. A nota do pré-teste foi 59,53 e a nota do pós-teste foi 78,13, o que significa que houve melhora descritiva. O resultado do teste de eficácia do n-ganho é 0,43, que está na categoria média. As conclusões das observações feitas por investigadores no terreno também revelaram que a eficácia foi de nível médio devido ao equipamento e instalações limitados para actividades extracurriculares de tiro com arco. As conclusões são: (1) A implementação da gestão das aulas de tiro com arco na fase pré-extracurricular do programa tem um efeito significativo na melhoria das competências de tiro com arco dos alunos do ES; (2) A implementação da gestão de aulas de tiro com arco na fase do programa pré-extracurricular num ensino de tiro com arco bem gerido demonstrou ser eficaz na melhoria das habilidades de tiro com arco, mas apenas se enquadra na categoria moderadamente eficaz, devido ao equipamento e instalações limitados para tiro com arco extracurricular. . Atividades; (3) A gestão das aulas desportivas de tiro com arco na fase pré-extracurricular requer etapas de planeamento, organização, implementação/instrução e avaliação/avaliação; (4) É necessário apoio para equipamentos e instalações para atividades extracurriculares de tiro com arco no ES.

O objetivo é proporcionar o máximo desempenho nas habilidades de tiro com arco aos alunos do ES com idades entre 10 e 12 anos e como um estímulo para formar atletas de tiro com arco na cidade de Yogyakarta, na Indonésia.
